Day 7: 1 week!

Hello!
Officially I have made it with the diet one week! (Yay!)
Friday was a difficult day, they had very nice pizzas (they looked great!), and other stuff to eat, but I didn't. I think it is the first time in my life that I have stayed for this long with a diet.
I have to stay with it for at least two months, will it be possible? we'll see...

Day 4: Today we really start with the challenge!

Hello my readers! Yesterday was excellent!!! I did the diet just the way it is!! Wiiiii !!!
But today  I think is the real challenge, why is that? Because I have a party tonight, and they are going to have pizzas to eat. I'm not supossed to eat after 20:00, so I will have to make a big effort to stay with the plan. I'm really on it, so I don't think I will have problems.

I also have a job interview!!! Wish me luck!!!!

Day 3

Hello again!
Yesterday was succesful, I made the diet right the way it is :). I went out with some friends for a coffee, and ordered a light vanilla coffee and 2 loaves of bread for tea time. And at night I had just a fruit.

Today I had been good two. The key of this diet is that it keeps you eating all day long, every two hours, so you never get hungry! (Which keeps all temptations away). The only thing that I hate of doing diets is that it's very difficult to cook. I like making cakes and pies, but that'd be a good way to lose with the project.

I made light jelly today (with no sugar) to eat for dessert (you have to eat it at 16:00).

Oh! And I did sports today, 35 minutes of bycicle.

That's it for today, everything is going fine.

Day 2

Hello people! Today fortunately I haven't been anxious for eating. I had  a coffee with skim milk and 2 breads with eggs. At 10:30 app I had a pear for break! And drank a big glass of water that makes me feel full enough. When I'm finished with the writing I'm going to eat another fruit.

I didn't told you that from the 20th of January I stopped smoking, but yesterday (that was my first day of the diet) I got together with a friend who was trying to live cigars too, and PUF! We bought a pack of 10 cigarretes and SMOKE them ALL. Oh God!! A symptom of doing the diet? Maybe. But I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't smoke anymore (come on!, I can do it, I can do it!!!).

So many things that we have to stop doing in order to be healthy and thin !!!

Day 1: Starting the challenge!!

Hello! My name is Patricia, I'm 25 years old and I live in Chile. First of all, I want to tell you that we speak Spanish in my country, but as I want to have more international readers and practice my writing, I will write this blog in English.

I recently finished my career, so now I am a Dentist! But not working yet. (You must be thinking that I have a lot of free time, that's correct!)

So, I want to tell you from the begining that I have done diets in the past... but they have not lasted more than... 2 days? So, I'll be using this blog to force myself to do it, and tell you how I feel, if I have losted some weight, and if I'm ALMOST DYING TO EAT SOMETHING!!! (Yes, it happens a lot, I really love food).

To start I'm going to tell you my measures:

Height: 1,74 cm ---> that is about 5 ft 9"
Weight; 69,1 Kg --> that is about 152,12 lbs


And of course the summary of the diet I'm going to follow:

Liquids:
2,5 lts of water

Breakfast: 07:00 - 08:00

1 cup of skim dairy
1/2 cup of oats, 2 loafs of integral bread or 6 oat or integral cookies with: 
light jam - avocado - light cheese (here we call it "quesillo" it's a very white type of cheese) - light butter.

Break 10:00

Fruit

Break 12:00

Light yoghurt

Lunch 14:00 

Salad: 3 types of vegetables
1 cup of pasta, 3/4 cup of rice, etc
Meat - Chicken - Fish - Turkey   (not fried)

Break 16:00

dessert: 1 fruit or 1  light yoghurt

Tea time 18:00

(same as breakfast)

Dinner 20:00
Vegetables
Meat - Chicken - Fish - Turkey
Fruit, Yoghurt or 1 cup of skim milk.
DO NOT EAT: pasta - potatoes- rice - bread

After dinner: DO NOT EAT.
