Day 3

Hello again!
Yesterday was succesful, I made the diet right the way it is :). I went out with some friends for a coffee, and ordered a light vanilla coffee and 2 loaves of bread for tea time. And at night I had just a fruit.

Today I had been good two. The key of this diet is that it keeps you eating all day long, every two hours, so you never get hungry! (Which keeps all temptations away). The only thing that I hate of doing diets is that it's very difficult to cook. I like making cakes and pies, but that'd be a good way to lose with the project.

I made light jelly today (with no sugar) to eat for dessert (you have to eat it at 16:00).

Oh! And I did sports today, 35 minutes of bycicle.

That's it for today, everything is going fine.
