Day 1: Starting the challenge!!

Hello! My name is Patricia, I'm 25 years old and I live in Chile. First of all, I want to tell you that we speak Spanish in my country, but as I want to have more international readers and practice my writing, I will write this blog in English.

I recently finished my career, so now I am a Dentist! But not working yet. (You must be thinking that I have a lot of free time, that's correct!)

So, I want to tell you from the begining that I have done diets in the past... but they have not lasted more than... 2 days? So, I'll be using this blog to force myself to do it, and tell you how I feel, if I have losted some weight, and if I'm ALMOST DYING TO EAT SOMETHING!!! (Yes, it happens a lot, I really love food).

To start I'm going to tell you my measures:

Height: 1,74 cm ---> that is about 5 ft 9"
Weight; 69,1 Kg --> that is about 152,12 lbs


And of course the summary of the diet I'm going to follow:

Liquids:
2,5 lts of water

Breakfast: 07:00 - 08:00

1 cup of skim dairy
1/2 cup of oats, 2 loafs of integral bread or 6 oat or integral cookies with: 
light jam - avocado - light cheese (here we call it "quesillo" it's a very white type of cheese) - light butter.

Break 10:00

Fruit

Break 12:00

Light yoghurt

Lunch 14:00 

Salad: 3 types of vegetables
1 cup of pasta, 3/4 cup of rice, etc
Meat - Chicken - Fish - Turkey   (not fried)

Break 16:00

dessert: 1 fruit or 1  light yoghurt

Tea time 18:00

(same as breakfast)

Dinner 20:00
Vegetables
Meat - Chicken - Fish - Turkey
Fruit, Yoghurt or 1 cup of skim milk.
DO NOT EAT: pasta - potatoes- rice - bread

After dinner: DO NOT EAT.
