Hello people! Today fortunately I haven't been anxious for eating. I had a coffee with skim milk and 2 breads with eggs. At 10:30 app I had a pear for break! And drank a big glass of water that makes me feel full enough. When I'm finished with the writing I'm going to eat another fruit.
I didn't told you that from the 20th of January I stopped smoking, but yesterday (that was my first day of the diet) I got together with a friend who was trying to live cigars too, and PUF! We bought a pack of 10 cigarretes and SMOKE them ALL. Oh God!! A symptom of doing the diet? Maybe. But I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't smoke anymore (come on!, I can do it, I can do it!!!).
So many things that we have to stop doing in order to be healthy and thin !!!
